Judge endorses taxation without representation

Here in NY State, and in other sates as well, I am sure, the no taxation without representation is being violated by judges.
NY Governor Paterson attempted to put the breaks on out of control spending by furloughing state workers one day per week.
The governor made numerous attempts to negotiate with state worker unions, asking them to forgo wage increase to help control state spending. When the unions and workers refused, the governor issued an executive order to furlough the workers one day per week. The unions went to Federal Court and sued. Judge Lawrence E. Kahn, ruled against the state.
This, I believe, is a clear cut case of a Federal Judge forcing increased taxes upon the citizens of this state.
Every time a judge rules a state must pay out money for this, that or the other thing, the judge is forcing tax payers to pay the bill.
When a Federal Judge does this, we have a clear cut case of taxation without representation.
It might be argued that Federal Judges are seated after being approved by elected representatives of both the House and the Senate but this is a stretch because the voters in the states do not vote for every seat in either the Senate or the Congress.
Isn't it time to limit the power of Federal Judges to Federal issues and stop them from ruling on state issues?
Clearly, a state budget is a state issue, not a Federal issue.

Vampire Books by Pete Klein

I have two vampire novels, The Dancing Valkyrie and The Vampire Valkyrie with both books listed on Amazon and other locations, as well as some book stores.
Both books were originally published through Lulu but the first book has been moved to Create Space to lower the offering price and I am now working to move the second book to Create Space for the same pricing reason.
While doing this, I am working on the third vampire book in the series.
The series is about a young woman who works as a dancer at a topless club in Schenectady, NY. She takes a hiking vacation in the Adirondacks of northern NY where she meets a woman on the trail who saves her from being raped and then turns her into a vampire.
The vampires in these stories are unique in that they are natural beings who can easily pass for humans because they can function in daylight, can eat real food and have real sex.
The stories have more explicit sex than violence. The violence is quick and very deadly. They regard killing humans as something on a level of killing a chicken or catching a fish to have food to eat. Sexually, they are bi-sexual and enjoy sex with humans and each other, and often use sex to catch a human for their blood.
I don't want to give out too much more but I will say the whole idea behind my vampires is to ask the question: What would vampires be like if God created vampires?

The Taliban

What I want to know is when are members of the Taliban and other religious based extremest groups going to grow up and get real jobs?
I fully realize how many find it much more fun to run around with guns and bombs but real men and women get real jobs and work for a living to help them and their loved ones.
These so called terrorists are nothing but a bunch of clowns wearing sheets and masks for clothing. They are becoming very old and boring.
