Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott said Monday, March 22, he planes to file a complaint "the moment Obama signs the (health) bill.
Abbott pledged to pursue the case "to protect all Texans' constitutional rights, preserve the constitutional framework intended by our nation's founders and defend our state from further infringement by the federal government."
Other states planning to challenge the bill are Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Utah and Washington.
If it is really dumb, it usually starts in Texas.
There is no group of self-serving, sanctimonious hypocrites in the good Ol' US of A than attorney generals.
They love spending tax payer dollars to advance their political futures.
